Global education company Kaplan has been named a 2026 Inc. Power Partner Awards winner, recognizing the company among the leading B2B partners across the United States. The annual Awards honor B2B companies that have demonstrated a track record of helping entrepreneurs and businesses navigate the challenges of building and growing a company, enabling them to operate, scale, and pursue their ambitions. Kaplan was also a recipient of the award in 2025 and 2024.

Gregory Marino, CEO, Kaplan North America, said:

“Kaplan is proud to be recognized as an Inc. Power Partner for the third consecutive year. This honor underscores the strength of our enduring partnerships and shared commitment to helping students and employees achieve their educational and career goals. By working closely with our partners, we’re expanding access to education, creating new pathways to opportunity, and helping build a more skilled workforce. We’re grateful for the trust our partners place in us and look forward to forging new relationships with even more colleges, universities, businesses, and states to help more individuals unlock their potential and achieve lasting success.”

Bonny Ghosh, editorial director at Inc., said:

“Business owners have no shortage of tools at their disposal, and B2B companies need to make clear why their products and services are worth the investment. The companies on this year’s Power Partners list have done just that. They don’t just have customers — they have superfans and evangelists. Across industries like marketing, financial services, and technology, they’ve proved their dedication to helping fellow business owners grow and succeed.”

Among the many ways Kaplan serves its partners:

  • By investing in Kaplan’s All Access License®, colleges and universities can provide all of their students with access to industry-leading test prep for admissions exams, licensure, credentialing programs, and workforce readiness programs with zero out-of-pocket costs for students. One such partner is the Illinois Student Assistance Commission (ISAC), the state’s college access and financial aid agency, which provides free Kaplan courses to all students enrolled in all Illinois’ public universities and select Illinois community colleges. Other partners include some of the country’s top historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs). Since Kaplan’s All Access License launched in 2022, tens of thousands of students have collectively saved more than $87 million in what would have been out-of-pocket costs.
  • Kaplan’s employee education benefits offerings provide employees with opportunities to pursue educational and career advancement while helping employer partners achieve key workforce objectives. Offerings include programs that help hourly workers prepare for and pass high school equivalency exams and customized degree and certificate programs developed in collaboration with university partners.
  • Kaplan partners with employers to provide career coaching and college advising that empower employees to take charge of their educational and professional futures. From identifying academic programs aligned with their long-term aspirations to offering personalized guidance throughout their learning journey, Kaplan helps employees make informed decisions and pursue new opportunities. Support also extends to essential career-building skills, including résumé development, interview preparation, and building a strong professional presence online.
