The Hackett Group® Recognized in U.S. News & World Report’s 2025-2026 Best Companies to Work For

The company was top rated for its career growth opportunities, stability and people-first culture

The Hackett Group, Inc. (NASDAQ: HCKT), a leading generative artificial intelligence (Gen AI) consultancy and executive advisory firm, has been named a 2025-2026 Best Companies to Work For by U.S. News & World Report, a global authority in rankings and consumer advice.

The Hackett Group® was recognized for its performance across a comprehensive set of metrics reflecting the factors that matter most to employees today – ranging from compensation and benefits to work-life balance and career opportunities. The award highlights the company’s continued investment in creating a workplace that supports personal and professional growth, while inspiring innovation and excellence.

“Workers understand the direct impact of a workplace on their quality of life,” said U.S. News Vice President, Careers, Carly Chase. “The 2025-2026 list recognizes companies that received high scores on multiple metrics that make up a positive work environment and everyday employee experience.”

To calculate the annual U.S. News Best Companies to Work For list, U.S. News evaluated more than 5,000 publicly traded companies based on six key factors: quality of pay and benefits; work-life balance and flexibility; job and company stability; physical and psychological comfort; belonging and esteem; and career opportunities and professional development. The methodology combined data from multiple sources, including employee sentiment, regulatory and labor data, workforce analytics, and compensation benchmarks. Companies were ranked relative to their industry peers to ensure a fair comparison of workplace practices and employee experiences.

“We’re honored to be recognized for this prestigious award by U.S. News & World Report,” said The Hackett Group’s Chief Human Resources Officer Harry C. Osle. “This award reflects our commitment to creating a culture where our associates feel valued, respected, supported, and inspired to do their best work for our clients.”
